Finally got around to picking up this 1972 Suzuki TS-90 over the weekend and it looks like it's going to be quite a project. It's a two-stroke, single cylinder, 90cc dirtbike that was once fully street legal (has all of the necessary papers). The cool part about this bike is that it has a flywheel magneto, which means it can run without a battery! Unfortunately, it appears to have been gutted and turned into some kind of track only bike, as all of the road-going parts are gone, among other things. Luckily it was a bargain at $100 (though not as hot as my free CB500).
I'm primarily going to use it as a training bike since I didn't do so hot with the MSF and needless to say, it's much friendlier than the Ninja. Getting it to full operating condition is my primary objective, but street legality may not be too far off. The kicker with working on 70's bikes is that parts are either non-existant or they cost an arm and a leg. This bike saw a very limited production (71-73), so the challenge is in finding the parts.
The Good:
Both tanks (oil and fuel) are in great condition, ZERO rust inside gas tank which is a major plus.
Oil injection system is complete
Frame is straight
Engine appears to be good (turns over)
No leaks
The Bad:
Missing quite a bit of parts (chain, chain adjusters, carburetor is incomplete, various motor covers, stator/magneto rusted, everything electrical is missing, speedo, more)
Rear tire may need to be replaced
Very dirty
Anyway, I know this thread would be useless without pics, so here are some:

I've already got the engine out so I can clean up the frame and paint it. Carburetor should be coming in next week, so I might be able to start it up before the weekend; if I'm lucky.
