Adventure?

Has anyone played any good adventure games or have any favorites from the past or really any time?

Some good examples and some of my favorites are The Curse of Monkey Island series, Sam & Max, Full Throttle, and Grim Fandango.

I hear Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit is really good. I've been meaning to try it out for a while now, but I also enjoy the classics. Gabriel Knight is still one of my favorite adventures.

When I looked at the title of this thread I thought you were talking about the actual Adventure game for Atari. I only played it once and I got hooked when I played it, but that was like 12 years ago when it was actually the first game I ever played and I played it at my cousin's house too.
