Hmm, I don't know the name, but my favorite Simpsons episode is the one where Homer scores a truckload of sugar. He tries to sell the sugar while defending it against tea drinkers and bees. Hilarious, plus he quotes Scarface. :D

That's an awesome episode. My favorite episode from the three is the one Family Guy episode where Peter tries to convert Chris into Judism. "I didn't know the principal of Meg's school was jewish. Look there's half of Lenny Kravitz. Optimus Prime? He's Jewish?" Best line I've heard.
