Complete the Friends List and an option called Extra will be unlocked. Selecting that shows an image with Ganz, Ridley, and Jack.
Fayt Costume
This is only available if you choose the Human path. After being granted honorary Radiata Knight status by General Dynas, head back into the castle go to Ridley's room at night. You'll see a ghost and then be teleported back to your room dressed as Fayt. You also hear a broken up message about the Underdeveloped Planet Protection Pact and a malfunctioning communicator (shades of Star Ocean).
Tamaki Nami mini concert
Witness Rachel/Cornelia's transformation and talk to her immediately and she will join you. Visit the Red Lotus Bar in the same area during night time and she will perform the game's opening theme "Fortune".
Easy Heal/Restoration
First, remove the character whom you want to heal from your party and confirm. Next, take the character back from the friend's list into your party. All status ailments will be removed and hitpoints will be restored.
Quick XP trick
Training Mission 19 of the spear and axe training dummies are the easiest ways to level up early on. Just run in with the weapon and do a move with a 360 degree range of attack and they'll drop like flies. Over 5k experience will be your reward (over 8k with 2 training devices).
Easy Money
Go to Shangri-La and walk away from the town until you see a fork in the road. Go left and you should see a golden glitter behind some bushes; kick it and you will fight a Dagol Turtle. These turtles give out close to 9000 dagols, but they only show up randomly. You can also attempt to steal a VIP Badge from them.
New Game+
Complete the main storyline and choose to save after the credits. From there you have two options, either continue the game so you can finish up the secret dungeon or you can "start strong". Start strong carries over all of your skills, weapon techniques, money, healing items, friends list (not recruitment list) and play time to a new game.
