Remove Gabriel's Limiter
First off, you must activate the Private Action in Kurik where a woman named Philia is warning the citizens to evacuate the city. Next, you must reach the final save point in Phynal. After that, you must leave Phynal and view a Private Action in Centropolis. You'll find Philia again in the lobby of the main building. After you talk to her, Gabriel's limiter will be removed and he will be much more powerful than his original form. It is recommended that you go through the Maze of Tribulations and get your levels very high (120+ at the very least) before attempting to fight him.
Maze of Tribulations
There is a secret dungeon in the game called the "Maze of Tribulations". To unlock it, you must use the save point right before fighting Gabriel at Phynal. Your save icon should turn blue. Then, return to the arena in Fun City, and talk to the old man in the stands in the north side of the arena. He says he can recover your memories; accept, and you'll return to Arlia on Expel. Leave Arlia and you'll have your Psynard; the Maze of Tribulations is located at the lone dot on the desert island, southwest on the world map.
Voice Player
Finish the game once on any difficulty, and you unlock the Voice Player. Beat the game with additional characters in your party to unlock their respective voices.
Iseria Queen
The Iseria Queen is a much more powerful version of Gabriella Celeste, the final boss in the Maze of Tribulations. To summon the Iseria Queen, first you must defeat Gabriella Celeste to get the Silver Trumpet and then compose the song "The Devil's Aria". Then, have a character with the Listening and Sense of Rhythm talents play the song and then wander around the world map. If done correctly, you will get a random encounter and fight the Iseria Queen.
Extra Difficulty Modes
Galaxy Mode: Defeat 2,000 monsters.
Universe Mode: Defeat 2,000 monsters.
Easy Money
When you get your Super Specialty Skill "Master Chef" up to level 6 or higher, go to a store that sells fruits, vegetables, and egg/dairy products. But 20 of each, then go to Super Specialty Skills and choose "Master Chef" in the item screen, then pick 1 fruit and 1 dairy. Every other try or so (depending on your skill level) you should create "Coconut Milk" which sells for overy 1000 Fol a piece!! You can also take 2 vegetables and make "Fried Vegetables" which sells for over 2000 Fol a piece!

Here are the locations of 5 Battle Suits:
1. Pickpocket Ernest in Marze. (Private Action)
2. Pickpocket Ernest in Linga. (Private Action)
3. Pickpocket Soldier in Calnus' Spaceship. (Claude's story only)
4-5. In treasure Chests on 12 floor in Maze of Tribulations
*You need the talent "Nimble Fingers" to pickpocket effectively. If you don't have it, use item creation "Machinery" until you learn it.
Favorite Foods
In Star Ocean everyone has a favorite food. If found, eating this food totally replenishes the MP and HP of the character. In some cases, it can be a lot cheaper than fruit nectar.

In Eluria Tower, there is a glass priest who asks you for the special word necessary to get the cardkey. The password is DEATH.
Easy Skill Level Gain
For an easy way to level up skills, you need to level up the Perseverance skill to level 10. After you do this, leveling up the other skills will be much easier. For example making it where you can level up most skills with just one Skill Point.
Instant Kills with Algol Shield
First, you have to use the Blacksmith skill (with the Magical Rasp) with a Damascus and make 'Algol,' a shield strictly Precis, Chisato, and Welch. Equip it, and a Stone Check just in case. The only other thing to do is make sure she can parry an attack and have her charge the enemy. A successful parry will instantly kill ANY enemy, including Iseria Queen.
Sprite's Bracelet (Mischief)
If you have the Nimble Fingers talent and you can get a Thief's Glove before Kurik is destroyed, you can steal this item in a Private Action. Go to Harley and buy the glove (do not forget the skills "Poker Face" and "Courage"). Get on over to Kurik. By doing a Private Action and going to the town square, you will see a woman warning everyone about the town's imminent destruction, but no one will pay heed. Once she is done talking, go up to her and pickpocket her to get the Sprite's Bracelet (AKA Mischief) accessory. With this item, every step you take gives you a chance for items, Fol, and other things.
No Encounters in Dungeons
Like in First Departure, if you open the disc tray while in a dungeon, you will not have random encounters. Just remember to close the disc tray everytime you change screens (causing it to reload data), or before boss fights.
